Rob’s Bio

Rob has more than 30 years of diversified business experience in his role as a senior financial executive and trusted advisor to CEO's, business owners and Boards of Directors for public and privately held companies ranging in size from start-up to operating divisions of multi-billion dollar companies. Rob earned a CPA license during his tenure at Big 8 accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers).

Rob's experience as a CFO extends to virtually every aspect of a business's financial and operating needs. In addition to building, rebuilding and managing financial teams of all sizes and complexity, he has also had direct management responsibility for HR, IT, credit & collections, risk management, operations, marketing and sales.

Rob's industry background includes manufacturing, distribution, retailing, telecommunications, and business services with extensive experience leading successful rapidly growing, high volume and high transaction businesses. He has played a key role in the purchase and sale of over twenty businesses both as a skilled negotiator and as a hands-on manager of the due diligence and post-sale integration process. He has also been successful helping firms downsize and manage their cash more effectively during difficult economic conditions. Areas of expertise include:
